因apple新mac book air的廣告才聽到這首歌,頭一次聽到時就被深深迷住並且馬上能把曲調記下來;可見這首曲子是多麼的好聽又容易上手呀!!直到兩週前看到美國的晨間節目裡她到現場live演唱我才知道這首這麼棒的曲子是她寫出來的!
在巴黎出生,以色列長大,並曾進入以色列軍隊中專門負責樂曲表演,這些經歷讓她和一般的女歌手有所區別.在節目中她唱了new soul還有另一首以希伯來文演唱的歌曲,第一次聽見希伯來文(原以為這是古老語言只存在聖經裡)沒想到聽起來和法文還滿像的!Yael說法文和希伯來文有滿多字很相像,我只懂兩三句法文所以到底真實性如何我就不明了囉! 有別於一般女星,Yael Naim帶著一種自然的率性,在衣著上也是採舒適風格,整個人和她的曲子一樣讓人一親近就感到舒服,沒有距離感!
New Soul的MTV也是相當特別,在一間小小屋內向外看去是一片湖光,一直侷限在屋內的她並不知道外頭的世界,只能從小小的窗戶往外看去.直到某次將牆壁翹開竟然發現自己其實就是在湖水的中央,外頭環繞著美麗的新世界.因apple廣告而走紅的她,成功地用音樂穫得大家的喜愛進而去了解她是一個什麼樣的人.雖說現在這個社會都是外表當道,但我相信經由內在而散發出來的魅力總有一天會有人發現!
